 All of our physicians are currently accepting new patients.  You can self-refer or have your primary doctor refer you to our practice.

Insurance and Billing

 We accept many PPO's, HMO's, as well as Medicare, and are happy to bill these for you.  If your insurance requires a referral from your primary physician, we will need to receive the authorization prior to scheduling your appointment.  In addition, if your referring physician has ordered recent x-rays or lab tests, please have them forward copies to us or bring the reports with you for your initial consultation.

 If you are covered by one of the above insurance companies, you may still see our doctors and we will be happy to bill your insurance for you.  However, if you choose to see us, your insurance company will process your claim as "out of network."  This may result in a higher share of cost for you.  We highly recommend that you call your insurance company to confirm what  your specific  out of network benefits are.
