Insurance and Billing
We accept many PPO's, HMO's, as well as Medicare, and are happy to bill these for you. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary physician, we will need to receive the authorization prior to scheduling your appointment. In addition, if your referring physician has ordered recent x-rays or lab tests, please have them forward copies to us or bring the reports with you for your initial consultation.
Just give us a call, and our competent and friendly staff will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have!
We are not contracted with the following insurances:
- Aetna Medicare Advantage
- AZ Cost Containment
- Beech Street/Capp Care/Affordable
- Cal Optima
- Choice Care
- DRS Quest
- First Health
- Focus Health
- Fortified Provider Network
- Galaxy Health Network
- GEHA (ok for 65+ patients)
- Great Republic
- Lincoln National
- Meritan (ok if through PPH)
- PPO Next
- Prime Health Services
- SD County Fringe Benefits
- St. Paul Place
- Three Rivers Provider Network
- USA MCO
If you are covered by one of the above insurance companies, you may still see our doctors and we will be happy to bill your insurance for you. However, if you choose to see us, your insurance company will process your claim as "out of network." This may result in a higher share of cost for you. We highly recommend that you call your insurance company to confirm what your specific out of network benefits are.
Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
